Charlotte BMP Programs -- How They Can Work for YOU!: Steve Jadlocki and Kyle Hall of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services present on pilot BMP programs and the value of establishing and sharing information from pilot BMPs across the region. The Presentation: A review of ongoing and completed studies of Stormwater Control Measures (SCM) in the Charlotte area. Offers a summary of the financial costs and possible benefits of maintaining such studies. Also, provides analysis of completed studies to help inform Stormwater BMP.
